Commissioner Williams completed her MBA degree at Middle Tennessee State University, where she served on the county mayor’s Public Building Authority Board prior to her Rutherford County, TN Road Board election on August 1, 2024.

Commissioner Williams’ campaign collateral was anchored by the following tagline: DETAILS. INTEGRITY. TRANSPARENCY.

That tagline was not just a mere fotter of words that had a familiar sequence of campaign promises.

She meant the words. Commissioner Williams meant those words before she was ever approached to consider running for the Road Board.

It’s essential to define integrity given the word means different things to different people. Integrity is being able to reconcile with oneself, recipients and the Holy Spirit about public and private decisions and actions that are in alignment with God’s laws and legitimate laws for the common good of all people.
